Composites (also called “montages”) may be composed of any number of images. The background may be an image, solid color, or pattern, and may have any text you wish. Because of the versitility of Composites, it is difficult to show all the available options, and is usually best to design a one-of-a-kind composite for each set of images.
Borders may be any solid color or pattern you wish, and may be composed with or without keylines(s). (A keyline is a narrow line, or lines, added to an image.) Standard Solid Border colors are Black or White, but may be ordered in any color at no additional charge (you may even select a color from an image, i.e., piece of clothing, flower, grass, sky, jump, etc.). Patterned Borders are available in five standard designs (see examples in the Borders Gallery).
Digital Mats are available in single, double, and triple matted designs in five standard patterns (to view examples, please see Digital Mats Gallery). A double mat using the Classic Texture is an elegant way of displaying any image. The use of a Plaid Pattern on the lower mat imparts a bolder, yet stylish, feel to an image. Patterns may be mixed and matched.
Adding Text to Images
Text may be added to any image or compsition, with your choice of typeface, color, and placement.
Removing Unwanted Objects from Images
Removing objects, such as poles and wires, from backgrounds and foregrounds of images may be done in most cases. If touch-ups are minor, they are done at no charge; however, if an image requires extensive work, an additional fee will apply. If you have questions about a specific image, please contact me.
