Basic Print Information

Editing and Cropping

All ordered images will be cropped and edited.

Print Finish

Prints utilize Fuji Professional silver halide paper and have a Luster finish, which has the sharpness of glossy, with the surface texture of Matte; producing a durable print with a richer finish than Matte, but without the reflective glare of Glossy.  These are true photographic prints, produced in a lab by projecting light through a digital negative, onto light-sensitive paper—applying the same techniques employed in the creation of prints from film negatives.

Pearl finish is a high gloss paper with a metallic appearance.  It is available by special order, please contact me before placing your order.

Mounting

Canvas on masonite.	Gatorboard	Gainsborough boards.

Print may be mounted on Gatorboard, a heavy-duty extruded polystyrene foam board bonded between two layers of Luxcell wood-fiber veneer.  Gatorboard is light-weight, strong, rigid, warp resistant, and is the premier choice for mounting photographic prints.  By default, black is used, however, white Gatorboard is also available by special order (no additional cost, but please contact me before placing order).  

Select sizes may also be mounted on Gold, Silver, or Black Gainsborough.

Where to Find the Image Number

If you have any question about a specific image(s), please contact me with the Image Number, Event Name, and Event Date. The Image Number is the four digit number contained within the File Name, which is located underneath each thumbnail.  In the example File Name “DVCTA_7-13-08_DSC0349,” “0349” is the Image Number.

Custom Digital Work

If you are interested in any custom work, please contact me to discuss the options available for your images!

Removing objects from backgrounds and foregrounds of images may be done in most cases. If touch-ups are minor, they are done at no charge; however, if an image requires extensive work, an additional fee will apply. If you have questions about a specific image, please contact me.

Products Using Your Images

Afghans, Tote Bags, Pillows, Wall Hangings

Each jacquard woven, 100% cotton item is individually made using your image(s). Turnaround is four to six weeks, at the most, but usually much faster.
